Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when payment clears and we confirm dispatch. Prices are in GBP and include any tax collected at checkout via Whop, our merchant of record.
Non-prescription eyewear
All AeroShade lenses are clear, non-prescription UV400 sunglass lenses. Our frames are fashion eyewear, not medical devices.
Returns
Our 30-day return policy (see Returns & refunds) applies in addition to your statutory rights, including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day cancellation right.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
