Returns & refunds

30-day returns

Try your frames at home for 30 days from delivery. If they're not right, send them back unused and in original condition for a full refund of the price you paid.

How to return

• Email info@getkronos.io with your order number.
• We reply with a prepaid return label (UK) or return instructions (international) within one working day.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return arrives — usually within 3–5 working days.

Bundle orders

Bundles return as a set within the same 30 days. Partial returns of multi-packs are fine — we refund the returned pairs at the bundle's per-pair price.

Faulty or damaged frames

Something wrong out of the box? Email us a photo and we ship a replacement free — no return needed.
